This time we will do the same thing
but with an image of the back.
STEP 1: Again you start with
the shapes. Just do the first image and outline the shapes. This
is where you want to get the proportions and guides for your figure.
STEP 2: Add a bit more outlines
and detail. Make sure you are using light strokes with your pencil.
STEP 3: Fill in the details that you
like. Use the image above as a guide if you are unsure of where
the muscle outlines are placed. The Home Study Course provides many
more reference images (thousands) but we can't fit them here.
